Pinnacle Performance is a holistic elite-level training program for High School and Middle School Track & Field/Cross Country athletes. Our "Curriculum for Greatness” integrates training, nutrition, and psychology. At core of our Curriculum for Greatness are the fun, and challenging training sessions. Individualized plans are created for each athlete based on testing, goals, and current training at the beginning of each 13-week training cycle. In addition to the cutting-edge training, our athletes are enrolled in our Pinnacle Lifestyle series created by our staff sports psychologist and sports nutritionist. The Pinnacle Lifestyle series features weekly events including webinars, psychology lectures, cooking demos, and more for athletes and their families.
