Our Philosophy

Testing is one of the cornerstones of Pinnacle Performance’s training programs. Pinnacle Performance employs a variety of testing methods including blood lactate testing, biomechanical screening, and functional movement screening. Based on athletes specializations and training goals, testing is completed at the beginning of each training session to create a baseline from which we can build and tweak individualized training plans and monitor growth and advancement, long before athletes step foot on the starting line.
